Woodlands resident risks neighbours' safety by charging PMA in corridor, placing plants on ledge
A resident raised safety concerns over a personal mobility aid (PMA) being charged in a common corridor and potted plants placed on a ledge at Block 857 Woodlands Street 83.
Stomper Arjoon said his neighbour on the second floor has been "charging their PMA outside their unit for around a year".

He added: "This is a fire hazard. I have kids in my house, and it's dangerously close to us. They are inconsiderate.
"I've informed the MP, but no action has been taken."
Arjoon also spotted potted plants placed on a high ledge of the block's stairwell.
"This is the same neighbour. It's a hazard, if it drops on someone, it'll be too late."
In response to a Stomp query, a spokesperson for Sembawang Town Council said it is aware of the incident.
"Our property team has previously engaged the residents of the mentioned unit and issued the necessary advisories regarding the charging of mobility devices and the placement of potted plants on the ledge.
"We have since informed residents to remove the potted plants on the ledge and will continue to monitor the situation."
