Update on May 27:
Original article:
She moved into Block 122B Tengah Drive just last year.
But Stomper Anonymous is already losing her patience with an unresolved issue after so many months.
She shared the email correspondence between her and the Chua Chu Kang Town Council.
The Stomper wrote to the town council on April 24: "I have reported the issue of water leaking from the roof garden to my unit close to 10 times since August 2024 via the OneService app and email.
"Despite these repeated reports, the issue remains unresolved. I urge you to prioritise this matter as the leak caused me to slip and fall on the morning of March 19 at around 6am while I was heading out to work.
"Additionally, the leaking water has started seeping into the wooden structure beneath the riser door, which is gradually leading to further damage."
The town council replied that an assistant property manager would be following up with her on the matter shortly.

The Stomper wrote back the town council on May 16: "Does resolving this truly require advanced technology, or is it simply a lack of capability to address the problem? How much longer do you expect me to endure this before another fall occurs?
"My patience and tolerance are wearing thin."
The town council replied the same day: "We are aware of the issue and have already informed HDB's main contractor on April 25.
"HDB's main contractor has informed us that the leak has been coming from the roof garden, and has been carrying out rectification works which started on May 11.
"As the status of the rectification works is currently still ongoing, we sincerely appreciate your kind understanding and patience while this issue is being worked on."
The Stomper responded angrily: "I reported this last year and you only informed HDB's main contractor on April 25? What have you all been working on in the past many months?
"Are you kidding me?"
That was when she wrote to Stomp: "The leaking issue of my new flat is getting to my nerves.
"You might want to publish this to share with the public the poor productivity and quality of work!"
Stomp has contacted Chua Chu Kang Town Council for more info.
