Siblings fighting over house after mum's death in local short film shows how family is all we've got
We have all watched dramas or heard real-life stories where siblings fight over the family inheritance after their parents' passing.
Money can sometimes tear apart families and this local short film seeks to remind us of what is truly important.
Titled 'Rojak' and produced by Butterworks, this film shows how what is supposed to be a quiet and simple affair of commemorating their mother's death anniversary quickly turns sour for three young adults.
Butterworks, who shared their production with Stomp, said "We have heard stories about families breaking apart because of inheritance.
"We hope through this film, viewers would be inspired to rethink about difficult situations that they are in and eventually, have a stronger family bond."
