Man pulls down pants and urinates at West Coast Way in broad daylight as people walk past
A man was seen urinating openly by the side of the road at West Coast Way on Nov 7.
Sharing a video of the incident, Stomper Sam said it happened at around 8.35am.
The footage seen by Stomp shows the man pulling down his pants and underwear, exposing his genitals, and urinating by the roadside as people walk by.
Sam told Stomp: "I'm just wondering if the man is in a stable state of mind or has some issues. Other members of the public didn't intervene."
According to the National Environment Agency (NEA), those found urinating or defecating in public will be fined $300. If convicted in court, offenders can be fined up to $1,000.
