The launch of the Karina Edition Ballcap by MLB drew a huge crowd at the brand's Mandarin Gallery outlet on Oct 4.

Stomper Anonymous shared pictures of the long queue outside the store at about 8.45am, showing fans gathering hours before the official opening at 10.30am to get their hands on the limited-edition release.

The collaboration features Karina, a member of K-pop girl group Aespa, who has been appointed MLB Korea's brand ambassador.

According to MLB Singapore's Instagram page, the cap was sold out within one minute when it was launched in Korea.

The ballcap combines MLB's iconic New York Yankees logo with Karina's personal touch, and each purchase includes a limited-edition photo card of the star.

MLB Singapore also offered in-store perks for early buyers, including complimentary customisation and gift bags for the first 200 customers.

A global exclusive colour added to the hype, making it a must-have for fans and fashion enthusiasts alike.
