Lack of filling in $1 curry puff leaves Stomper with no happy feelings
He felt as empty as his curry puff.
Stomper A was disappointed by the lack of filling in his curry puff from Makan Meleka at Boon Lay Shopping Centre. He paid $1 for the snack on Nov 28 at around 9am.
He said: "I bought the usual large size but look at the filling. It's not even half and most are onions."
The Stomper explained why he did not provide feedback to the stall: "I am used to such incidents, where they will just shake it off, one ear in and another ear out, when you provide feedback.
"Based on my previous experiences, I thought it was pointless talking to them and would rather share on Stomp so people are aware of what they are paying for."
In response to a Stomp query, Makan Melaka said it appreciated the feedback, adding: "We value all our customers' feedback and we will always try our best to improve."
The stall wanted to reach out to A directly to "know more info", but he declined.
