'Just skin and a lump of fats': Is this mutton biryani with no mutton worth $7.50?

This might be the most underwhelming mutton biryani ever.

A diner took to Facebook to express his disappointment with the coffee shop meal he purchased at Block 505 Tampines Central 1.

Facebook user Ng Ah Kok wrote on Feb 26 that he paid $7.50 for mutton biryani "with no mutton".

He said: "Just a piece of potato, carrot, chicken skin and a lump of fats and (an) egg."

Many netizens sympathised with Ng and agreed that this was unacceptable, with one user saying Ng had been "conned".

Another commented: "Maybe the mutton cooked until (melt) into the curry."
