A Foodpanda delivery woman allegedly broke a Bedok North resident's window shutter over a missing order.

Stomper Siera shared with Stomp that she had placed an order for bird's nest via Foodpanda's Pandamart on Dec 7 at about 2pm.

In her delivery instructions, she requested for the rider to knock on the door or call her upon arrival.

However, while she was in the toilet, she received a notification that her order had been delivered.

"When I opened the door, nothing was there so I informed Foodpanda," she said.

At about 2.30pm, she said the female Foodpanda rider returned to her unit.

"She broke my window and forced it open," said the Stomper.

"I called the police for help."

She subsequently made a police report.

In response to a Stomp query, the police confirmed a report was lodged.

Siera described the entire experience as "terrifying".

"I want to make this viral," she added.

Unfortunately, she never received her bird's nest and told Stomp that she reported the matter to Foodpanda but did not get any update.

Stomp has contacted Foodpanda for more information.
