An elderly man was injured after falling off his bicycle in front of Block 664B Jurong West Street 64 on Nov 4.

Stomper Tom, a traffic marshall who was on duty at the time, said he went forward to assist the man after witnessing the fall at about 9.04am.

"I found that he had injuries on his left elbow and foot. He complained of giddiness and initially insisted on cycling back home, but I advised him to seek medical attention," said Tom.

The Stomper added that the man refused to provide his contact details, so he called for an ambulance for assistance.

In response to a Stomp query, the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) said it received a call for assistance at about 9.05am.

The man was assessed for minor injuries, but he declined to be taken to the hospital.
