Stomper Reporter Without Borders came across a motorcycle illegally parked at a staircase landing in a multi-storey carpark at 39 Bendemeer Road on Sep 18.
A photo taken by the Stomper shows how the motorcycle was parked in front of a CCTV camera.
In a telephone interview, the Stomper said that the motorcycle was blocking his way as he was going to his car.
He wondered: "Was the driver drunk or something?"
