2 guys enjoy green apples for breakfast on train
Two commuters were caught eating green apples onboard the MRT train on June 22.
Stomper VG was travelling on the Downtown Line train towards Bayfront at 7.05am when it happened.
“I saw two people having green apples on the train,” said VG.
A video shared by the Stomper shows the two men sitting with one empty seat betwen them eating the same type of apple.
As the carriage seemed mostly empty, perhaps they thought no one would notice.
Just a few weeks ago, a woman was caught eating a tomato on the MRT.
Although it is far too common, eating and drinking is prohibited on the MRT.
Those found guilty face a fine of up to $500.
