2 drivers sent to hospital after accident involving 2 tipper trucks and 1 lorry along PIE
Two men were sent to the hospital after an accident involving two tipper trucks and one lorry occurred along the Pan-Island Expressway (PIE) this afternoon (Nov 29).
Stomper Edwin contributed photos of the accident scene, which he said have been circulating online.
The police told Stomp that they were alerted to the accident, which took place in the direction of Changi Airport and before the Stevens Road exit, at 3.29pm.
A 30-year-old male tipper truck driver and a 37-year-old male lorry driver were conscious when conveyed to Tan Tock Seng Hospital.
Police investigations are ongoing.
