A viral video of two middle-aged men coming to blows at a hawker centre in Telok Blangah has left netizens unimpressed, as they labelled the duo immature.

The video, shared on public Facebook group Complaint Singapore by @Raven Qiu on Nov 25, shows a stout man with a full head of white hair charging at another man who is armed with a stick.

The latter falls in front of a food stall as the white-haired man rains punches on his face, landing three blows squarely on his face before a third man intervenes to break up the fight.

The man with the stick gets up, apparently eager to resume the fight, while the white-haired man picks up a plastic chair. The man who intervened manages to keep the two apart before the one with the stick picks up a bag and walks away.

At press time, the video had garnered 81,600 views, 584 reactions, 68 comments and 279 shares. It was also shared on Facebook group Singapore Incidents, where it garnered 132,000 views, 680 reactions, 106 comments and 288 shares.

Netizens slammed the two men. "Bloody grow up guys omg so childish," said a Facebook user.

"Singapore safe but stress so old still fight. Retire can bo," said another.

"Childish fighting each other," yet another commented.

There was praise for the man who intervened. "Kudos to the man who broke up the fight," said a netizen.

"People are so angry nowadays," observed another.

Others saw the lighter side of things. "No wonder people no longer need to go to the cinema anymore. Street fighting is everywhere!" said a netizen.

"Don't you hate it when this happens? You trying to exercise with your buddy and then some kaypoh in white come and disturb only…"

Other comments seemed completely random: "This stall the fried rice not bad."
