Police are searching for a man who fled on foot after the car he was driving crashed into four vehicles in Telok Blangah on the morning of Nov 4, The Straits Times reported.

Various clips circulating on WhatsApp groups and social media were combined into one video and shared on the SG Road Vigilante (SGRV) Facebook page where it has since garnered more than 603,000 views, 3,000 reactions and 588 comments at press time.

The video open with two police officers getting out of a police car at a traffic junction. One goes to the entrance of a bus in front while the other approaches a vehicle that is obscured by it.

Moments later, a red car appears from behind the bus as the officer moves out of the way. It goes over the road divider into the opposite lane, narrowly missing a white car before turning right and speeding off.

The red car is later seen passing a stationary vehicle on a slip road and appears set to overtake two buses before returning to the inner lane and rear-ending the bus in front of it. Both the car and the bus halt and the red car's door opens as the cam car passes it.

Smoke can be seen rising from the stricken car's crumpled bonnet, before the video cuts to a man in a black T-shirt, white shorts and white slippers running. He turns back several times to look at the car behind him, from which the video is recorded, before the video ends.
