Police appealing for info on 14-year-old boy last seen in black at New Upper Changi Road

The police are appealing for information on the whereabouts of a 14-year-old boy who was last sighted in the vicinity of Block 25 New Upper Changi Road on April 9 at about 5.15pm.
Mr Tan Jing Kang Daryl was last seen wearing a black shirt and black pants.
