One woman firmly rejected going out with a man she met on a dating app, only for him to persist in asking her out – a move she called "desperate".

Stomper CA said she began chatting with the man through a dating app that she did not name. She looked him up and identified him as an associate director at a human resources company.

"I started being harsh after countless times of rejecting him nicely when he asked to meet up, but he still persisted," CA told Stomp.

The Stomper shared screenshots of her conversation with the man, who called himself a "slave at your service".

"I find you prettier, so meet me," the man texted the Stomper.

On Feb 19, the man also told CA that she should meet him as he was "very good in bed, can cook and have money". The Stomper felt that this came off as "desperate".

CA also alleged that the man had invited her to stay overnight at his place on multiple occasions and also offered to pay for her ride to meet him.

When she refused to relent and stopped replying, the man sent her a flurry of messages from 2.10am, imploring her not to "say bye" and to meet him.

"Plsss don't get mad at me…meet me here," wrote the man.

Even though CA has deleted much of her conversation with the man, she claimed that he continues to text her periodically.

When contacted by Stomp, the man in question said he "did not recognise the claims as described", and that messages were "private, selective, and taken out of context".
