Woman caught on video tucking dress under her arm at Bugis Street shop
Shop owner Stomper Li Chen caught a woman on video hiding a dress under her arm at his shop in Bugis Street on Oct 21.
He shared a clip of the woman doing so with Stomp.
In the video, she holds the dress up to her body to see how it looks.
She then quickly tucks the dress under her arm, between her body and her bag.
The Stomper wanted to share the video so as to warn other shop owners about the woman.
