Woman allegedly hits parked car twice while parking at Serangoon, then drives off without leaving note
A driver witnessed a hit-and-run incident at a carpark at Serangoon Avenue 3 on April 24.
Stomper Shah told Stomp that the incident happened at the open carpark between Blocks 236 and 237 at about 2.40pm.
"A woman driving a Toyota was trying to reverse park and hit the front of another parked Toyota twice," Shah said.
Shah added that the woman appeared to notice the damage but chose not to address it.
"From the photo, you can see her looking at the dented car. Then she just walked away to a nearby shop."
"When she returned, she got into her car and drove off. No note was left on the windscreen."
The Stomper shared photos of the incident in hopes of helping the driver of the damaged vehicle make an insurance claim.
