Which 'champions' placed these Mobikes inside Wheelock Place?

A Stomper saw two Mobikes at Wheelock Place yesterday (Jun 13) at around 5.20pm.

In a telephone interview, he said he saw one bicycle in front of an escalator on B1 and another outside an apparel shop.

He could not recall which level the apparel shop was located on.

To the 'champions' who placed the bicycles at the mall, you guys probably should get your heads checked.
