What is this insect with freakishly long legs at Bukit Timah Nature Reserve?

Stick insect, praying mantis or spider?
Stomper Lau Lup spotted this insect that looks like a cross of all three at Bukit Timah Nature Reserve on June 27.
He found the creature in the undergrowth and would like to ask if anyone can identify it.
