A 24-hour laundromat in West Coast has allegedly been plagued by teen vandalism, which is driving away customers.

Stomper Ban said this has been happening since before Chinese New Year.

"And the situation has only worsened," said the Stomper.

"The damage caused by these teenagers are significant, affecting our machines, internet wiring and overall facility. This negligence has led to considerable financial strain on our business due to repair costs and operational disruptions.

"Furthermore, the disturbances have driven away our customers, who can no longer rely on our laundry machines due to the ongoing vandalism."

The incidents took place between 1.30am and 5am, according to the Stomper.

Cleanpro Self Service Laundry 24hrs is located at Block 801 West Coast Crescent.

In response to a Stomp query, the police confirmed that a report was lodged and added that investigations are ongoing.

The Stomper said: "Businesses should not have to suffer due to irresponsible behaviour, and such acts of vandalism cannot be tolerated in our community."
