Van driver drops ladies off at loading bay, tailgates car 3 hours later to avoid paying for parking
A van driver was caught on video tailgating a car to avoid paying for parking after dropping off passengers at a loading bay at Parklane Shopping Mall on Feb 16.
A video of the incident was posted on SG Road Vigilante's Facebook page.

In the video, the van is seen parking at the loading bay on Feb 15 at 11.58pm.
Several women and a man then alighted from the vehicle.
On Feb 16 at 3.20am, the van is then seen tailgating a car as it passes the gantry to presumably avoid paying parking charges.
One netizen commented on the video and said they were trying to understand how patient the driver is: "Just sit in the van, waiting for 3 hours to exit the carpark."
