Toa Payoh resident puzzled by woman caught on CCTV taking photos of his condo unit
Who was she and why was she taking photos of his home?
A woman was caught on CCTV doing so with her phone outside a condominium apartment in Toa Payoh.
Stomper Liu, who lives in there, has no idea who she was.
"This person came to my residence early in the morning at 8.15am on June 19," recounted the Stomper, who shared the video of the incident.
"We have never met this lady before. After checking with MCST (Management Corporation Strata Title) and security, it seems she is not a resident. We are puzzled by such behaviour."
He said it was not a big issue, but he made a police report.
"Better be safe than sorry as there are crazy people around," explained the Stomper.
"I spoke to the Investigation Officer and said there's no need for action as no crime has been committed. I just wanted a report to have it documented in case this person comes again."
As the woman appeared to wearing a work uniform, the Stomper hopes that by sharing the video, the organisation that the woman works for can be identified.
He said: "I'm hoping Stomp can help identify the organisation and maybe they can remind their staff if they intend to do anything, please do so in their personal capacity."
Stomp earlier reported that a man was caught on CCTV taking photos of a Yishun flat on June 24 and subsequently arrested for assisting a loanshark.
