Thick plume of smoke coming from vehicle at ECP

Stomper Ben saw a thick plume of smoke coming from a vehicle at East Coast Parkway (ECP) at 4.03pm.
The Stomper saw the column of smoke just before the exit to Siglap Road.
"The smoke was coming from a vehicle parked at the road shoulder," said Ben.
