Telok Blangah resident hears 'plop plop plop', opens window to find faeces on her air-con unit
The residents of Block 10 Telok Blangah Crescent have apparently been plagued by a rather disgusting form of killer litter.
Stomper Annie said she has lived there for six years.
"I'm not a complainer, but seriously, high-rise s*** and urine-throwing have really taken a toll on me and my lower-floor neighbours," lamented the resident.
"It has happened quite frequently, once almost every two to three months."
She recounted one particular incident in March.
"At around bedtime after 10.30pm, I was drying my hair in my room when I heard 'plop, plop, plop'. I believe it was a splattering sound and didn't think much of it. I went back to sleep soon after," said the Stomper.
"The following morning, I lifted the roller blinds to find splatters of s*** on my windows.
"Horrified, I opened my window gingerly and found a big pile of s*** and urine on my air-con condenser top cover."
She took photos of the mess and sent them to the town council.

In response to a Stomp query about what happened to the resident, a spokesperson for Tanjong Pagar Town Council said: "We are sorry to hear of their experience.
"When we received feedback requesting for cleaning assistance, town council cleaners completed a goodwill cleaning as the air-con ledge remains the responsibility of the owner."
The Stomper felt the town council did not do enough.
She said: "The only act of service they did was to call their appointed cleaning company to come and clean the air-con condenser cover with a bucket of strong chemical and a mop.
"No other action such as installing cameras on the pitch roof of the other block facing our block whatsoever was mentioned. No follow-up action was ever proposed.
"We had to suffer the mental act of a 's*** thrower' over and over again."
The town council spokesperson said: "To address concerns about high-rise littering, the town council has placed advisories at the above levels and also shared the feedback with the National Environment Agency (NEA) for further action."
Stomp has contacted NEA for more info.
