For the next hour and more, the national water agency PUB's X feed was flooded – pardon the pun – with flood risk warnings due to heavy rain in many areas around Singapore.
The areas included:
- junction of Yuan Ching Rd and Yung Kuang Rd in Jurong
- Jalan Boon Lay from enterprise Rd to International Rd
- junction of Lorong Kismis and Toh Tuck Ris in Bukit Timah
- Eng Kong Place from Greenridge Crescent to Eng Kong Garden in Bukit Timah
- Dunearn Road from Yarwood Avenue to Binjai Park
- junction of Sunset Drive and Sunset Way Road in Clementi
- junction of Sunset Drive and Sunset Terrace
- Bukit Timah Road from Wilby Road to Blackmore Drive
- Jalan Pokok Serunai in Siglap
- junction of Neo Pee Teck Lane and Pasir Panjang Road
- junction of Bedok South Road and Bedok South Avenue 1 towards Upper East Coast Road
- junction of Clementi Road and Ulu Pandan Road
- Lorong H Telok Kurau cul-de-sac and Joo Chiat Avenue cul-de-sac
- junction of Upper Changi Road and Bedok North Avenue 4
- Sunset Way from Sunset Drive to Sunset Walk, Albert Winsemius Lane and Sunset Lane
- Jalan Nipah cul-de-sac in Bedok
- junction of Bedok Garden and Bedok Road
The last flood risk warning was at 9.12am.

Though not mentioned in the alerts, a Housing Board carpark next to Block 280 Tampines Street 22 was also affected by flood, as shown in videos shared by Stomper Gua Punya.
