'Sus' shirtless man caught on camera outside Jurong West flat allegedly trying to take Stomper's parcel
What was he doing?
A shirtless man was caught on CCTV behaving suspiciously outside a Jurong West flat on March 19.
Sharing a video of the incident, Stomper WW believes the man was up to no good.
"My parcel had gone missing two weeks earlier," recounted the Stomper. "Hence I decided to get a cam and this was what I caught on the cam.
"This sus guy came to my unit, trying to take away my parcel."
She shared a video that shows the man in black shorts tentatively approaching the parcel under the camera. He appeared to examine the parcel before walking away and turning back to look at it a couple of times.
The Stomper said she called the police, but there was no crime committed as the video doesn't show the man taking the parcel.
She also alleged: "He always goes around disturbing and harassing girls and women too."
He is allegedly also the neighbour of another Stomper who accused him of harassing her and her children.
