Suntec City visitors left with welts after using bedbug-infested massage chairs
Some Suntec City visitors recently discovered that the Rest N Go massage chairs in the mall were infested with bedbugs.
Two people reported on separate occasions that the chairs, located next to Crawfurd Medical, were bedbug-ridden.
On May 14, Stomper Pilot shared that his girlfriend was bitten by bedbugs after using one of the chairs.

"She says the bitten area feels cramped, but the welts are gone," he said.
"The mall has already roped it off and sprayed it."
However, a Facebook post made on May 15 detailed a similar experience.
"Sat on one that came with a really bad infestation yesterday, and it was hell," the post reads.
"The bite swell has mostly subsided, but my arm muscles cramp every now and then, and it hurts."
Following a Stomp query, a spokesperson from Rest N Go provided a statement.
"We are currently investigating this matter and have reached out to the complainant to gather more information. Rest assured, we will not take this matter lightly.
"Ensuring an exceptional experience for our customers is our top priority. If there happens to be any unpleasant experience encountered by our customers, we will surely address this matter promptly and with due diligence.
"We are committed to upholding our quality standards, including thorough cleaning and maintenance as part of our regular and daily routine.
"Hygiene serves as the most important aspect in ensuring customers' comfortable experience, therefore pest control services have been consistently engaged by us, to ensure a pest-free environment not only in this case, but across all our locations."
