Stomper Tom found out that the arrival of his MV Star Voyager cruise ship would be delayed until 4pm.

Guests would have to wait three hours before being able to check in at 7pm.

Tom said: "A large crowd would surely have arguments. People were fighting for seats."

He was also upset by the security staff at the cruise centre.

"A female security officer shouted at an uncle working at the departure entrance for allowing transit guests to go in without checking passports," said the Stomper.

"The uncle looked so innocent and did not say anything to the guests. Why accuse him? It was so crowded she lost her temper.

"Security officers should not shout or scream at anyone just because the entrance was jammed.

"The security officer was so rude, shouting in front of the guest. No customer service. She also did not wear a uniform, just a normal jacket."

"She needs to learn to respect the elderly."
