Stomper gets a taste of pre-pandemic life at Expo cosplay event with relaxed measures

Under the latest Covid-19 measures in Singapore, there is no longer a capacity or group size limit for social gatherings, classes, events and more. Safe distancing will also no longer be required between individuals or between groups, both indoors and outdoors.
Stomper Wei Sien was thrilled that he got to experience a cosplay event at Singapore Expo last Saturday (June 18).
The one-day event, Arc Market 2022, was attended by more than 1,000 visitors, said Wei Sien.
He shared photos that he took with various cosplayers in their flashy costumes and recounted: "The event was held in Hall 4. Under relaxed rules and regulations, there was no need for any Pre-Event Testing (PET) and Antigen Rapid Test (ART).
"I went to different booths to check out cosplay-related sales and products, and bought an official hoodie that cost $100.
"The event was a nice reprieve after more than two years of the pandemic."
