Stomper concerned for man lying under hot sun at Jurong West carpark, calls police
A person was spotted lying under the scorching sun at the rooftop level of a multi-storey carpark in Jurong West on Aug 26.
Stomper M, who shared photos with Stomp, said she noticed the man at Block 655 Jurong West Street 61 at about 11.54am.
"I saw it from my block and called the police," she recounted. "I didn't wait for them to arrive as I had to bring my baby to infant care."
She questioned if the man could have been under the influence of Kpods.
In the photos, the person dressed in black can be seen lying barefoot on the hot concrete, with a piece of cardboard covering his face.
Stomp understands that no further action was required after the police were alerted.
