S'porean man sent out nude photos of Bali woman for not giving him money, threatened to kill her family
A break-up between an Indonesian woman and a Singaporean man has led to extortion and death threats.
Stomper Anonymous alleged that her former boyfriend had threatened to share nude photos of her and kill her family if she did not give him the money he felt he deserved.
She said she had an eight-year relationship with the man, who is married but separated from his wife.
"After many thoughts, I broke up with him," said the Stomper.
"He used nude photos and videos to extort money from me, blackmail and try to shame me. He threatened to kill me and all my family members."
She shared screenshots of her ex's WhatsApp messages, where he asked for 250 million rupiah (S$20,700) from her.

When she rejected him, he threatened: "I will make you no future. I will make you malu (embarrassed). I got hundreds of ways (of) doing it.
"I will make you cannot face anyone you know. In Bali and Balai. This is what you made me (do)."

He later added: "If you wanna see sample, I can send to you.
"By 6pm, I don't see the transfer, i will start to post in Bali guide group, FB and Instagram."
She replied: "Anything you want to post, up to you."

The man then sent the Stomper a video screenshot of her in the nude with the text: "Ok, good luck. 6pm."
But she refused to cave.
"I didn't send him any money. It's him who should pay me money," said the Stomper, who shared a breakdown of how much she spent on him from 2016 to 2022.

The Stomper, who works as a tour guide, said that the man worked as a scammer in Cambodia for a Chinese boss.
"He was a leader in the office," she told Stomp. "But I heard he had already been fired."
She claimed that she paid for everything for six years when he was in Bali and did not work.
"He stayed at home only," she said. "Every month, I needed to pay for his return flight."
According to Singapore's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Singapore passport holders can enjoy travel to Indonesia without a a visa "for leisure purpose" for up to 30 days provided they have a ticket to another country.
After she refused his demand, he carried out his threat and sent nude photos of her to her friends and family.

To get her 49-year-old ex-boyfriend to stop, the Stomper even contacted his adult son.
"But he continued to send out my pictures," said the 36-year-old woman.

"He also threatened my mum. He said he would kill me and my brother in Bali, then go to our hometown to kill my mum and dad."
The Stomper shared the voice messages the man sent to her mother where he made the threats.
"She doesn't want face, fine," the man can be heard saying in Mandarin in one voice message.
"On the whole island of Bali, I won't give her face. Because of 50, 100 million rupiah, she doesn't want face, can. Wait for me to return next year and kill every one of you."
The Stomper said she was collecting evidence as she is planning to report him to the police in three countries.
"I really learnt the hard way," said the Stomper.
"I hope all young girls avoid the same mistakes I made because after my incident, I found out so many other girls are being the fool by sending nudes to their boyfriends, which can lead to a case like this."
