A 73-year-old man was found dead on Aug 24 in the waters behind Reflections At Keppel Bay condominium.
The Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) was alerted at about 4.15pm and it sent a fire engine, a Red Rhino, two fire bikes, an ambulance and a support vehicle.
SCDF's Disaster Assistance and Rescue Team deployed an inflatable rescue boat and brought the body to shore.
The man was pronounced dead by an SCDF paramedic at the scene.
Police are investigating the unnatural death.
This is the second body found floating in local waters this week.
Two days ago, a man in his 70s was found dead in Jurong Lake.
