Sicko on the loose? 2 dead cats with mutilated carcasses found at Yishun in 1 day
Two cats were found dead in Yishun today (Feb 9), with both apparently having mutilated carcasses.
In the first incident, a feline that had its throat slit was found on a road divider near Yishun MRT Station, according to a post by Facebook user Fadillah AR.
The post was accompanied by a picture of the dead black and white coloured cat.
In the second case, a dead cat was found behind Khoo Teck Puat Hospital, though it is unclear how it died.
Gruesome photos posted on Facebook by community page Yishun 326 Tabby cat show the animal's carcass, its fur matted with blood.
Appealing for information about the incident, the page also said: "AVA is on the scene together with its caregivers."
