Several motorcycles park on double yellow lines, blocking pedestrian path near Serangoon Market
Double yellow lines apparently weren't enough to stop several motorcyclists from parking illegally near Serangoon market on April 23.
Stomper P spotted the group of motorcycles at around 2.20pm along Serangoon Avenue 2, where they had been parked on double yellow lines and were also obstructing the pedestrian walkway.
A video shared with Stomp shows the bikes lined up close to the curb, leaving little space for pedestrians to walk through safely.
"It's a busy area near the market, and these bikes were clearly blocking the path," said the Stomper.
"It's dangerous, especially for the elderly or people with strollers who may need to step onto the road."
P added that this wasn't the first time she had encountered inconsiderate parking at the same location.
"On April 15 at 1.51pm, I saw a Lexus parked at the exact same spot," she said.

"I reported it via the OneService app and was told to update the app, sign in again, and remain with the vehicle for 15 minutes.
"What do they expect me to do? Stop them from leaving?"
Parking a vehicle on a road with unbroken double yellow lines is punishable with a $110 fine.
Parking means stopping a vehicle other than to immediately pick up and drop off passengers, goods or luggage.
