'S-hook ah lian' takes selfie with Jack Neo at wedding
It looks like Singapore's favourite ah lian is on the up and up.
Lerine Yeo, 30, shot to Internet fame in a matter of weeks after her video selling a $9 'S-hook' shirt went viral.
Her distinct accent, dramatic expressions and crass sense of humour have gotten the attention of netizens and celebrities alike, including local celebrity Mark Lee.
She has since signed a two-year contract with Lee's artiste management company.
More recently, she was seen rubbing shoulders with Lee's good friend and veteran film-maker Jack Neo.
The two "coincidentally" met at a wedding and Neo posted a photo of them together on his Instagram page.

Another photo was also uploaded by J Team Productions, a local production house founded by Neo.

Netizens wonder if the meeting was purely coincidental or if a collaboration may be in the works.
