Rider taken to hospital after car collides with motorcycle at Ang Mo Kio junction
A 42-year-old man was taken to hospital after the motorcycle he was riding was involved in an accident with a car at the junction of Ang Mo Kio Avenue 6 and Ang Mo Kio Avenue 9 on Feb 14.
Stomper Flamin Red Wood alerted Stomp to the incident and shared footage taken from the in-car camera of his relative's vehicle.
"My relative was driving to work and witnessed the accident," he said.
"I hope this helps the affected parties."
In the video, the motorcycle is seen moving off from the traffic light when it is hit by a right-turning car.
The rider is sent flying and tumbling onto the road.
In response to a Stomp query, the police said they were alerted to the accident at 7.55am.
"A 42-year-old male motorcyclist was conveyed conscious to the hospital," a police spokesperson said.
Police investigations are ongoing.
