Rat spotted loitering around Blk 257 Tampines St 21

Stomper Birch was standing at the balcony and saw a rat at Blk 257 Tampines St 21 on Dec 31, 2016.

It was not the first time the Stomper had spotted a rat in the area. Birch had also seen one in early December.
