The police are appealing for information on the whereabouts of an 11-year-old boy with special needs last seen in the vicinity of Block 29 Marine Crescent on Aug 29 at around 11.05am.

According to posts online, Muhammad Hairil Bin Muhammad Effendi has autism. He was last seen wearing grey shorts with no shirt on.
