A motorcyclist was taken to the hospital after an accident with a trailer and a tipper truck at Pandan Road on June 24 evening.

Stomper Lim shared a video of the accident's aftermath taken from a passing bus he was on.

He had waited for bus service 78 for a long time. "Then I saw an ambulance pass by," said Lim.

The video shows an ambulance at the scene near two stationary heavy vehicles blocking two Tower Transit buses including a bus service 78.

Photos shared by Stomper Tony shows a motorcycle between the trailer and tipper truck with police officers at the scene.

Tony said the accident resulted in no public bus service at Pandan Road for more than an hour.

"Buses were diverted and missed six bus stops," he added.

In response to a Stomp query, the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) said it was alerted to the accident at about 6.30pm.

The police told Stomp the 24-year-old male motorcyclist was conscious when taken to National University Hospital.

Police investigations are ongoing.
