Motorcyclist rides through Hougang void deck to avoid parking fees
A motorcyclist was caught riding through a Hougang void deck and covered walkway to allegedly evade paying for parking.
Stomper Joseph alerted Stomp to the incident and shared footage of the rider cutting in front of a couple of pedestrians at a walkway along Hougang Avenue 6.
"This motorcyclist has repeatedly through the years avoided parking fees by riding through the neighbourhood void deck," he said.
"The video shows how it potentially puts pedestrians at risk."
He added he has reported the matter to the relevant authorities.
