Mercedes driver has child on lap and 2 kids in front passenger seat while driving

A Mercedes driver was seen at the wheel with a child on his lap and another two young kids in the front passenger seat.
Facebook page Beh Chia Lor - Singapore Road shared a video of the incident that occurred along Suffolk Road on Sunday (Feb 14).
According to the video caption, the child on the driver's lap had also been holding on to the steering wheel.
The post added: "Very sure this is highly illegal and extremely dangerous."
Netizens slammed the driver for being irresponsible and attributed his actions to either complacency or ignorance.
