Man woken up at 3am by Foodpanda call about undelivered Domino's Pizza order made at 6.15pm
A man waited all night for his food delivery order on Dec 31, but it never came.
Stomper G said it was 3am the following day when he received a call about the $40.30 Domino's Pizza order from a Foodpanda delivery rider.
The Anchorvale resident recounted: "I ordered Domino's Pizza from its Jalan Kayu branch via Foodpanda at 6.15pm and was still waiting for the food at 11.30pm.
"I could not cancel as I would not get a refund."
The Stomper had called the pizza outlet, but was told that staff had no idea when the deliveryman would arrive to pick up the order.
He said: "I was woken up at an unholy hour when I got a call at 3am on Jan 1 from the delivery rider wanting to deliver the pizza to me. 3am!! Who does that?"
G is not the only one who did not receive his order from Domino's Pizza.
The pizza chain's Facebook page can be seen flooded with recent complaints from customers.
Many users said they had no luck with contacting Domino's Pizza or getting a refund despite undelivered orders after hours of waiting.
One customer who got his order expressed disappointment in the state of his food.
Several even said they would never order from Domino's Pizza ever again.
