Man wets his pants and crashes into pillar in Chinatown scuffle
A fight broke out near the entrance of People's Park Complex in Chinatown on May 12.
Among the crowd was Stomper Edwin, who took some videos of the incident at 2.50pm.
One video showed a man lying on the ground, with his pants wet and missing a shoe, as another man wearing black held him down.
The camera panned to a man seemingly holding his shoulder, as others surrounded him to check on him.
The man on the ground waved his arm then attempted to stand up, before grabbing the shirt of another man.
He continued to be held back by the man in black, and stumbled about before falling.
In the second video, police personnel attended to a man squatting on the ground.
Behind him, the man with the wet pants crashed into a pillar and fell over, as police tried to handle him.
Another is seen talking to bystanders.
In response to a Stomp query, the police confirmed that they were alerted to a fight at 1 Park Road at about 2.45pm.
A 29-year-old man was conveyed conscious to the hospital, a police spokesperson said.
A 51-year-old man was arrested for public nuisance and is also assisting with investigations for voluntarily causing hurt.
Police investigations are ongoing.
