Man waits outside with dog as SCDF puts out fire in toilet of his ground-floor flat in Bukit Panjang
A water heater caught fire in the toilet of a ground-floor Bukit Panjang flat on Nov 23 afternoon.
Stomper W shared photos of Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) vehicles and firefighters at Block 473 Segar Road.
"There were three big fire engines and two smaller Red Rhinos," said the Stomper, who also shared photos of a man in the area.
"The red-coloured shirt man sitting on the bench with a dog was the owner."
In response to a Stomp query, SCDF said it was alerted to the fire at about 1pm, which was extinguished using a compressed air foam backpack.
There were no reported injuries.
