Man in skirt selling tissues near school in Serangoon gets chased onto road: 'Uncle, why you disturb small kids?'
He's back.
A man in a skirt selling tissues was spotted near Zhong Hua Secondary School in Serangoon and was chased across the road by someone taking a video of him.
Stomper Random alerted Stomp to the video circulating online.
"I hope this will warn people," said the Stomper.
The video shows the video-taker approaching the man, who was wearing a white T-shirt and black skirt, carrying plastic bags full of tissue paper at the void deck of Block 330 Serangoon Avenue 3.
He can be seen trying to walk away from the video-taker, who keeps asking him: "Uncle, why you disturb small kids?"
But as the video-taker follows him, the man eventually starts running on the road to evade the video-taker.
The video was posted on Jan 16 by TikToker icybloxia67, who claimed to have taken the video. It has garnered more than 26,000 views.
The TikToker, who said she was 14 years old, also claimed in another post: "This weird guy in a skirt came to my school and asked all the girls weird stuff and scared them away."
Stomp has reached out to the TikToker for more info.
This incident comes after another Stomper reported seeing the man near Bukit Panjang Government High School in Choa Chu Kang on Jan 13.
She said: "He will ask you to buy tissues and if you don't, he will force you and ask you to go to one corner to talk to him about his grandma."
The man had also been spotted in Yishun, Marsiling, and Woodlands as well as on the MRT.
