Man helps elderly woman cross the road in Bugis: 'His GF is blessed'

A Stomper was impressed by the chivalry and kindness displayed by a young man outside Bugis Junction on Mar 17.

The man had helped an elderly lady cross the road.

After reaching the other side, he was seen kindly touching the woman's shoulder before going their separate ways.

While many preferring to distance themselves from strangers, the incident stood out to the Stomper.

"I'm not sure who he is," he said.

"I think his girlfriend must be blessed with him being a gentleman."
