Man and woman caught relieving themselves in public in Bukit Merah and Pasir Ris
A man was caught defecating in public next to a children's playground in Bukit Merah in broad daylight, leaving a Stomper both disgusted and disturbed.
Stomper DK shared that the incident occurred next to Block 131 Kim Tian Road on June 18 at about 3.15pm.
The Stomper said: "An abled man was s******g in public beside a children's playground while using his phone.
"There is a coffee shop at the corner."
DK said that it was the first time he had witnessed such an incident and added, "Maybe not his first time, he literally walked over and pulled down his shorts."
This incident follows a similar sighting last month, when a woman was seen relieving herself in Pasir Ris.
Stomper Anonymous shared a video of a woman squatting at a Housing Board (HDB) void deck before standing up, pulling up her shorts and walking away.
"Disgusting behaviour," said the Stomper.
According to the National Environment Agency (NEA), those found urinating or defecating in public will be fined $300. If convicted in court, offenders can be fined up to $1,000.
