'Aggressive and abusive' man on bus allegedly spits at passengers and shouts vulgarities, police reports made
A man allegedly spat at passengers on the bus - twice.
Stomper Vengesh said it happened during his morning commute to work at around 6.30am.
"I witnessed the man spitting at female passengers on bus service 65 on two separate occasions," said the Stomper.
"On one occasion, he blew his nose and wiped it on the bus seat. I shouted at him on many occasions, but he continued regardless."
Vengesh said he informed the bus captain who gave the man a warning.
"However, no action has been taken," said the Stomper.
"It's disappointing that such unhygienic and aggressive behaviour is allowed to continue. Does age really excuse someone from being held accountable?"

The Stomper shared the reports he made to the police and the National Environment Agency (NEA).
Vengesh said in his police report about the first incident on Aug 23, 2024: "A male individual of Chinese descent exhibited aggressive and abusive behavior. He was shouting loudly, using offensive language.
"Additionally, I have seen him spitting on nearby individuals previously, which caused considerable distress among passengers and created an unsafe environment on the bus.
"I believe he is spitting towards my direction as I have warned him one time after he used a vulgar Tamil word when I sat in front of him many months back."
He made the other police report on Oct 3, 2024.
The police replied in a letter in February 2025, advising him to call the police should he spot the man again.
He asked Stomp: "Call the police at 6.30am to catch him? Really? How am I suppose to go to work?
"I want to be a good citizen, but I cannot be taking leave for everything and everyone to be saved. As much as I want to help, stopping the bus and calling 999 while everyone's rushing to work isn't realistic."
And so Vengesh turned to Stomp.
He said: "I'm sharing this in hopes to raise awareness and help stop the unruly and unhygienic behaviour.
"I hope that by exposing him, people will start to notice, and he will be more cautious and behave appropriately in the bus."
