Malaysian condom maker comes up with new exciting local flavor: Guess what it is
A Malaysian condom-maker, Karex, has announced a new surprising new flavour to their condom lineup: Nasi lemak condoms.
For anyone living under a rock unfamiliar with nasi lemak, the dish is one of Singapore's and Malaysia's most celebrated hawker food, featuring a blend of coconut milk-flavoured rice, coupled with spicy sambal chilli and a fare of side dishes including anchovies, eggs and peanuts.
Karex's CEO, Goh Miah Kiat, said that he sees the nasi lemak as a natural progression after the success of the company's durian condoms, reports Coconuts KL.
The company has produced some of the strangest condoms, including glow-in-the-dark and studded condoms.
It is currently one of the world's largest manufacturer and has a standing contract with Durex, a global name in the industry.
